Send an inquiry through the puppy you are interested in, or through our contact form. We reply within one business day. Once we have spoken and agreed you are a good fit for that puppy, we guide you through a simple reservation so the puppy is held for your family.
Email gives us both a written record and lets us answer your questions carefully rather than in a rush between feeds and clean-ups. It also keeps every detail about your puppy in one place. If a call would help once we have started talking, we are always happy to arrange one.
Prices vary by breed and litter and are shown on each individual puppy. Every price includes age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, a veterinary health check, deworming, our starter kit, and the two-year health guarantee. There are no hidden add-ons at pickup.
A reservation deposit holds your chosen puppy and is applied to the final balance. Because reserving a puppy takes them off the market for other families, deposits are considered non-refundable except in the rare case that we are unable to place the puppy with you for a health reason on our side. We will always explain the terms in writing before you commit.
Tell us about your household, your daily routine, whether you have children or other pets, and what you are hoping for in a companion. We know each puppy's temperament intimately, and we will talk it through honestly with you. If a particular puppy is not the right fit, we will say so, even if it means waiting for the next litter.
Yes. Every puppy has a full veterinary health check before leaving us, along with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Parents are health screened for the conditions relevant to their breed. You receive complete health records with your puppy.
Every puppy leaves with a written two-year guarantee covering qualifying congenital and genetic conditions, confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian and subject to the guarantee terms. We provide the full terms in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.
In our home, underfoot, as part of daily family life, not in a kennel building. They are handled from day one, gently exposed to household sounds, and given early socialization so they arrive confident and calm. This is the single biggest reason our puppies settle so quickly.
Maltipoos and Cavapoos are low-shedding and are often a good fit for households sensitive to dander, though no dog is completely allergen-free. Dachshunds are a smooth or longer-coated breed and shed more modestly. We are happy to talk through which breed suits your household.
Puppies are established on a high-quality diet before they leave, and we send you home with a feeding guide and details of exactly what they are eating so you can keep their routine consistent. A sudden diet change is a common cause of an unsettled first week, and we help you avoid it.
Puppies go to their new homes at eight weeks at the earliest, once they are fully weaned, eating well on their own, and have had their first veterinary check and vaccinations. We never release a puppy before they are truly ready, regardless of scheduling.
Yes, and we encourage it. You are warmly welcome to collect your puppy at our home in Portland, Oregon, by appointment. It lets you meet the parents, see where your puppy was raised, and begin the bond in the place they know best.
We deliver nationwide. For most distances, a member of our own trained team drives your puppy to your door in one of our purpose-fitted vans. For longer distances, we fly your puppy through a professional pet-transport partner, with a trained chaperone travelling alongside them and delivering them to your home. Full details are on our delivery page.
Yes. Whether by van or by air, your puppy travels with trained people who understand how to keep them calm, with familiar bedding, regular comfort stops, and their health paperwork completed before departure. We keep you updated from the moment we set off until your puppy is in your arms.
Every puppy goes home with complete health records, microchip registration details, a starter kit, a feeding guide, a blanket carrying their littermate scent to ease the first nights, and our two-year health guarantee. You will have everything you need for a smooth first week.
Always. We stay reachable by email for guidance long after your puppy settles in, whether it is a question about feeding, house-training, or simply reassurance in the first few weeks. Our families are never on their own.
We care deeply about every puppy we raise. If at any point in the dog's life you can no longer keep them, we ask that you contact us first. We would always rather help rehome one of our dogs responsibly than see them end up somewhere uncertain.
