A smooth journey home
Six steps, from the puppy you choose to the handoff at your door. Reserving is step three, so nothing below it is a surprise after you pay.
Send an inquiry through the puppy you love and tell us where you are. We reply within 24 hours.
We confirm availability, what delivery looks like to your address, the likely timing and what it will cost.
A 60% deposit and the reservation agreement reserve your puppy. After the deposit we can hold a reserved puppy for up to 30 days at no additional charge. The balance is settled before travel is scheduled.
A final wellness check, vaccinations or health-readiness steps as appropriate, and the documentation your arrangement requires.
We confirm the arrangement, assign your driver or chaperone and plan the timing around your puppy.
Updates while they travel, then around 10 to 15 minutes at your door for introductions, care notes and your questions.
How your puppy travels
We confirm which one your puppy travels when we plan your delivery, and we tell you why.
On suitable routes your puppy travels in one of our own vans, driven by Everpine’s own trained staff, all the way to your door.
On longer trips your puppy flies in the cabin beside a trained chaperone, never in cargo. Our chaperones are long-term partners we know personally and trust with our own puppies.
International travel is arranged case by case around your destination, and it is quoted separately from domestic delivery. Tell us where you are and we will work through what your country requires before anything is booked.

Everpine is USDA licensed for interstate transport, and your puppy’s health documentation travels with them.
Our own trained staff drive our own vans. On flights your puppy travels with a trained chaperone we have worked with for years and know personally.
You are put in touch with the person actually traveling with your puppy, and you hear from them along the way rather than once it is over.
If weather, a cancelled flight or a health check delays travel, your puppy returns to our care at no extra cost and we rebook the first window that is genuinely safe.

Puppies go home once they are old enough to travel comfortably and have completed their early wellness checks. Airlines also set their own minimum ages, which we confirm while planning your delivery. International travel generally requires the puppy to be at least 16 weeks old.
Your airline will specify an approved carrier, usually a soft-sided in-cabin bag that fits under the seat in front. Requirements vary by carrier and change from time to time, so confirm the current rules when you book, then tell us what they say, and we will have your puppy used to that carrier before you arrive.
Yes, by arrangement. We are always happy to organize collection. We usually recommend delivery because it keeps your puppy’s transition calmer, and because limiting day-to-day traffic through our home protects the routine of the puppies still in our care.
