Home delivery in our own vans
Our most popular option. A member of our own trained delivery team drives your puppy directly to your door in one of our purpose-fitted vans. Your puppy travels in a calm, climate-controlled space with familiar bedding, regular comfort stops, water, and gentle handling the entire way.
Because it is our own staff and our own vehicles, we control every detail of the journey – and we keep you updated from the moment we set off until we place your puppy in your arms.
Flown with a personal chaperone
For longer distances, we fly your puppy through a professional pet-transport partner we trust. Your puppy is never shipped alone as cargo. Instead, a trained chaperone travels with them, keeping them calm, comforted, and cared for throughout the flight.
On arrival, the same service brings your puppy the final stretch and delivers them right to your home. It is a seamless, supervised journey from our door to yours – designed to keep stress low and safety high.
Collect in person in Portland
You are always welcome to collect your puppy in person at our home in Portland, Oregon. We warmly encourage it – it lets you meet the parents, see where your puppy was raised, and begin the bond in the place they know best.
Visits are by appointment once we have spoken, so the puppies stay on their calm daily routine and you get our full, unhurried attention.
