Bringing home a puppy from across the country should feel clear and reassuring, not confusing. Here is exactly how the journey works with us, from the first message to the day your puppy arrives.

We keep the process simple and personal on purpose. You will always know the next step, and you can ask us anything along the way.

1. Inquiry

It starts with a message. Send an inquiry from any puppy’s card and we will confirm availability, answer your questions, and help you decide whether that puppy is right for your home. There is no pressure, and no question is too small.

2. Getting to know the puppy

We talk you through health records, temperament, expected adult size and the practical details that matter in your home. We share photos and updates so you can get to know your puppy as it grows. We do not offer walk-in visits or video calls, which keeps our puppies on a calm, consistent routine, but we are always happy to send more photos.

3. Planning the homecoming

You do not need to live near Portland. We coordinate safe delivery across the lower 48 and build the travel plan around your destination, your schedule and what is gentlest for the puppy. Local families are welcome to arrange pickup in Portland instead.

4. Safe travel

When the time comes, your puppy travels safely and comfortably, either by ground with a dedicated driver or accompanied by air in the cabin. We never ship puppies as cargo. We plan the route around your puppy’s comfort and keep you informed along the way.

5. Homecoming

Your puppy arrives with its records, microchip details and our written two-year genetic health guarantee, ready to settle in. And our support does not stop there. We are on hand for the first weeks and well beyond.
